International branded Apart’ Hotel Citadines City Centre Tbilisi is announcing an opening for the position of “Front Office Manager”
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises reception in person, by telephone or email
- Ensures customers are informed about the internal operation of the residence and the tourist activities in the neighborhood. Deals with their requests and complaints and keeps the line manager informed
- Controls and tries to improve the check-in and check-out operations
- Manages and optimises the bookings schedule while taking account of the constraints of Revenue Management.
- Checks bookings made by the Receptionist(s), Ensures the satisfaction of special requests from customers (extra beds, access for disabled people, etc.)
- Manages and co-ordinates the arrival and departure of group bookings.
- Controls and deals with book out situations
- Controls and manages all the day-to-day book-keeping (end of-day records, end of service, transactions and paying in, checking tills, customer balances and record keeping, etc.)
- Organise and monitors in-house and debtors book-keeping.
- Takes responsibility for any other accounting and administrative tasks which may be assigned
- Organises and schedules the work of the team (recruitment and supervision). Leads and develops the team (induction, training, communication and assessment)
- Assists the line manager and replaces him/her when absent absence
- Ensures compliance with the safety procedures· Ensures the necessary \h7s training is carried out within the Front Office team.
- Is responsible for the proper operation and of the immaculate condition of access and common areas, and meeting rooms in the residence and the condition of the accommodation (clean, dirty). Where necessary asks for help from the housekeeping and/or maintenance departments
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in the hospitality industry for at least 6 month.
- Good knowledge of languages: Georgian, English and Russian.
- Basic knowledge of Russian language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of hotel management programs is a plus.

Working Hours
8 hour per shifts, up to 40 hours per week, has days off during public holidays and weekends.
