Casino International at Hilton Batumi is pleased to announce vacancy for the position of F&B Manager.

Job Summary:

• Oversees the daily operations—preparation and service of food and beverages throughout the casino. Works with management and staff to communicate and implement department's strategic plans and budget. Supervises and schedules all staff who work in food and beverage area;

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
• Provides high food and beverage quality, outstanding customer service and attractive menu offerings.
• Assures quality customer service by scheduling effectively & maintaining high standards of service;
• Performs supervisory functions such as hiring, training, evaluating and providing feedback to staff; creating effective employee performance. 
• Conducts training or assigns and supervises training of new staff members and ensures all employees are following standard guidelines for food and beverage service.
• Assists in cost control by analyzing food and beverage use, sales and waste; captures information in report form for the manager. 
• Controls and maintains an adequate inventory to meet all catering needs.
• Monitors and ensures cleanliness of food and beverage preparation, service area, and equipment; monitors staff so that all health standards and regulations are followed.
• Assumes/performs additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in either business or the culinary fields;
• Supervisory experience in full-service food and beverage operations (Casino experience preferred);
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Highly responsibility and attentiveness to details;
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Knowledge of Turkish Language preferred;
