Your Experience and Skills Include:
- Desirable work experience as a receptionist;
- Attentiveness and patience for customers;
- Sense of responsibility and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English
What You Will Be Doing:
- implementing check-in and check-out procedures for guests, solving their problems during their stay in the hotel;
- Create a positive environment by assisting and caring for guests.
- accepting and at the end of the working day handing over the cash register to the next shift;
- finding information about planned or ongoing events, conferences and discounts at the hotel;
- taking proper actions in case of an emergency;
