Kiketi Greenhouses LLC announces a vacancy for the position of General Manager
Job Summary:
The Farm's Restaurant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of front of house operations, including customer service, event coordination and catering services. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering a high-quality farm-to-table dining experience.
We are looking for a truly experienced person who can multitask on a daily basis and is able to manage people well. Higher relevant education is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management
- Event coordination
- Staff training and development
- Inventory and supply management
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in restaurant management, catering or event planning with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire an international team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with POS and booking systems, or catering software preferred.
- Knowledge of Georgian, Russian and English languadges is mandatory
- Punctuality and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability and desire to learn new things
Education:
- Higher education in hospitality management, business administration or related field is essential.
Additional information:
- This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed, especially during peak dinner and event periods.
- A passion for farm-to-table dining and sustainable food practices is a plus.

Salary in excess of 5000 GEL (basic plus % turnover) subject to interview results and professional experience.
Working hours: 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
