The travel company "Travel Door Georgia" announces a vacancy in the position of operations manager"Travel Door Georgia" is a travel agency that was established in Tbilisi in March 2017.
Place of work: Tbilisi, 7 Dadiani Str.
Working hours: full time job, 40 hours per week, according to the shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor all confirmed tours to ensure seamless execution within 24 hours timeframe and making sure all reservations to ensure they meet the company’s standards and client requirements.
- Filling up operation sheet for each booking that all required services are booked and details are given to suppliers in a proper way
- Coordinate with tour guides, transportation providers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure all tour arrangements are in place for each confirmed booking with all correct details given.
- Calling to Suppliers (Hotels, Drivers, guides etc.) A day before starting the tour to make sure all is settled as per the initial plan.
- Coordinate with Customers to update them regarding the details of tour package and giving them necessary information according to planned program in advance
- Address any issues or changes that arise during tours to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Regular meetings with ongoing customers to get their feedback for improving services and marketing purposes / Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Filling Salary sheet for drivers and guides – Controlled by CRM) / off-line
- Manage the scheduling and workload of reservation agents to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Monitoring Restaurants and Activities and collecting data from drivers / filling all related excel files – for activities, restaurants and etc.
- Report any significant issues or trends to senior management with proposed solutions.
Main requirements:
- At least one year of experience in tourism or in a similar field
- Higher education in tourism, management, business or related field
- Experience in tourism
- Knowledge of the English language at the communication level (B2, C1)
