At present we are announcing an opening for the position of: Hotel Operations Manager
Position Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc.)
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction;
- Maintain operational efficiency by managing daily budgets, forecasts, and schedules;
- Supervise and coordinate hotel staff, promoting a positive work environment and enhancing team collaboration;
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures;
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure all issues are addressed professionally and promptly;
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational standards;
- Ensure hotel cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service standards are consistently upheld;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
- Fluency in Georgian and English language.
