Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi is a 5-star Hotel located on the shorelines of the Tbilisi Sea, a perfect gateway to fresh air and a relaxing atmosphere with an exceptional panoramic view of Tbilisi hills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all guests.
- Enforce pool rules and hotel safety regulations.
- Inspect pool and surrounding areas for safety hazards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and equipment.
- Conduct individual and group swimming lessons for guests of all ages and skill levels.
- Assess guests’ swimming abilities and create personalized training plans.
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety skills.
- Motivate and encourage guests to improve their swimming confidence and abilities.
- Check and maintain appropriate pool chemical levels and water quality.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Assist in setting up poolside activities and events for guests.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and spoken Georgian;
- Experience in Recreational Center;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Organized, Punctual, Detail Oriented.
