Position Purpose
As a Cluster Head Cashier, you will manage the cash handling operations across all properties, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cash transactions and reconciliations for the cluster properties.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial policies.
- Manage and train the cashier team.
- Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports.
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth cash operations.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in cashier or financial roles.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
- Experience with financial systems and software.
