Position Purpose
As a Cluster Front Office Manager, you will oversee front desk operations across multiple properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage front office teams across all properties.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Develop and implement guest service standards and procedures.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in front office management.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
