Bar Supervisor 
Company Introduction 
Construction and development company "Elt Building" and its multifunctional hotel complex "La Quinta by Wyndham Batumi is a 98-room, 4-star hotel located in Georgia's popular resort destination, Batumi. 

It is the first and only La Quinta-branded hotel in the region, managed by River Rock Hotels & Resorts, aiming to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction. 

Responsibilities 

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar area. 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 
• Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high service standards. 
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently. 
• Develop and promote signature cocktails and beverage options. 

Qualifications 

• At least 2 years of experience in bar management. 
• Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus). 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills. 
• Creativity and a passion for mixology.
