Gamarjoba Georgia Tours are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Manager. This pivotal role involves managing relationships with our valued guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey, and driving sales to contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering support throughout their travel experience.
• Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and needs, and tailoring tour packages to exceed their expectations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tours, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
• Maintain accurate guest records, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and generate reports on sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or guest relations role within the travel and tourism industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close sales and secure repeat business.
• A deep passion for travel and a comprehensive knowledge of Georgia's tourist attractions and culture.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) and strong computer skills.
