Hotel Qarvasla (Opening April 2024) is a luxury five star hotel located in the heart of Old Tbilisi with an exceptional panoramic views.
The hotel offers a range of facilities to comfort and satisfy every guest : Unique style 48 guest rooms, Restaurant, Bar, Meeting Room, Gym, Massage Room.
Hotel Qarvasla is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Front Office Receptionist.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests, deal with check in/check out procedures and room allocations;
- Precisely enter guest’s arrival information into the system;
- Keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests;
- Attend to the guests needs and requests in efficient and professional manner;
- Be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing process;
Selected candidate should fulfill the following requirements:
- Should be willing to demonstrate initiative;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise;
- Excellent written and spoken Georgian and English Languages are must; Any additional language will be an advantage.
- Excellent, organizational and work coordination skills;
- Excellent communication and customer services skills;
- Friendly personality and eagerness to learn and grow within the hotel community.
12 Hour: 2 shift (day and night) 2 days off
Salary - 1000(net)
